​Yes, Brent builds Custom Sales Coaching and training programs for organizations. He comes in to study the culture, the desired vision and mission and core values. Brent ask lots and lots of questions to multiple levels of people on your team. Brent runs individual sales assessments on each team member. He then identifies the biggest challenges, sales or otherwise. Then Brent builds his coaching and training philosophy into a customized program that he delivers in various ways, always with group sessions and individual coaching sessions combined.

Similar to a Coach who truly wants to see you and your team win, Brent lovingly confronts any and all issues preventing growth while making sure the team practices the correct behaviors for the correct positions the correct people are in. Brent will even help you reassign people if warranted.

Coaching a Sales Team really means coaching individuals of a team to function as a team with the individual talents and skills and abilities each team member brings to the team. Brent believes that growing people grow organizations. People were created to do good work, and for reasons too numerous to mention here, people often choose to do less than their created potential.
