
How does the SST Academy work?
Misalignment often comes in the following form... "not holding firmly to the head, from whom the entire body, being supplied and held together by the joints and ligaments, grows with a growth which is from God." When applied to a salesteam charged with being the front-facing, revenue-generating, reputation-building department of an organization, misalignment can be very destructive. You (the head) want to make a significant impact in the Marketplace. You want to build (or already have built) a solid reputation that aligns with your faith.

The SALTY SALES Training Academy is designed to build sales behavior that gets results without compromising your faith and core values. Basically, we create alignment that helps your salesteam move away from all the stereotypes you can't stand and towards the superstar status that opens doors for them and reflects well on you!
We start with a 2-night, 3-day intensive at Longhaven Retreat for the Leadership Team. This is designed to be a highly-intentional, all-inclusive event, including meals and sessions and materials and amenities, including time for rest and relaxation, prayer, hiking, fishing, sitting and staring, swimming, bon fires, etc.

We then start the assessment process (Identification Path) for the Sales Team, exploring core beliefs and raw sales potential with proven tools. This is followed by a full report to the leadership team of the sales beliefs and sales potential of each individual on the team, along with a recommended Coaching Plan, both individually and collectively.

The Leadership Team continues to have access to Longhaven while Brent coaches the Sales Team in weekly and monthly group sessions over the course of six months. Each salesperson is placed in a weekly SALTY SALES Training™ Class, increasing the network and referral base for each individual while being coached along with others from various industries.
