Long-Term Coaching
Long-Term Coaching (no pun intended) allows certain people to make things look so easy it seems. Some Olympic athletes train 20 years to compete for 20 seconds. Sometimes, individuals and organizations need a longer-term game plan to Achieve Desired Results. It is not just fresh, outside perspective, but sustained effort over time and repetitive practice to get there. How many years does it take to become an overnight sensation?

Consider the individual who has been coached off and on by Brent for almost 30 years, during which time he grew from an entry-level salesperson to a sales manager to a sales leader over 5 divisions of an organization to becoming the president of an award-winning industry leader.

Consider the organization that was started by two friends and co-workers in a basement in the mid 90’s, contracted Brent a couple years later, made the Inc 500 within five years, and contracted multiple coaching engagements for various team members over 15 years, made the Inc 500 again, and then prepared the company for sale… which was achieved after 21 years!
Consider the company that started in a dorm room and moved to a college apartment in the late 80’s, hit a wall in the 90’s, struggled for many years while holding tight to their core values, then started coaching with Brent. That company experienced five record years in a row… in a dying industry. This paved the way for the company to be sold in such a way that all employees were taken care of, and the owner retired to sleep peacefully every night still friends with his former team members.
